Trust and transparency
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information MightyJoe Studio collects through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Who operates this website
MightyJoe Studio is an independent digital studio operated by Joe Huynh in California. References to “MightyJoe Studio,” “the Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to that operation.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the Project Blueprint or contact the Studio, we may collect your name, email address, business or brand name, website or social links, project goals, package interest, preferred timing, referral source, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting, form, and email service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, referral information, and basic server or security logs.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the Project Blueprint.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Review and respond to project inquiries
- Recommend a service package, scope, or next step
- Communicate about a potential or active project
- Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website
- Maintain appropriate business and legal records
- Comply with applicable law and protect rights or safety
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A project begins only after both parties approve and sign a separate agreement and any required deposit is received.
Service providers and disclosure
The Studio uses service providers to operate this website and receive inquiries. Formspree processes Project Blueprint submissions. Cloudflare supports website hosting and email routing. Google services may receive routed business email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, protect rights or safety, or complete a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, tracking, and browser signals
The Studio does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising on this website. Essential technologies and service-provider logs may be used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do not knowingly permit other parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity over time and across third-party websites through this site for behavioral advertising.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, the site does not currently provide a separate “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism. We will update this policy before materially changing those practices.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project administration, business records, dispute prevention, legal compliance, or another legitimate purpose. Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes a client project and on applicable recordkeeping needs.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small studio, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and California privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted to the Studio by emailing hello@mightyjoestudio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law. Depending on the law that applies to the Studio and your location, you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is posted.
