I understand how difficult it is to lose someone you love. During grief, even gathering photographs or finding the words to explain what they meant can feel overwhelming.
I created this service to help families preserve those memories with care, patience, and as little stress as possible. This is not about placing a folder of files onto a webpage. It is about thoughtfully creating a place you can return to whenever you want to remember them.

Every photograph may carry meaning that is not visible to someone outside your family. Please identify anything that must appear and share any context we should understand.
Additional materials will be carefully selected based on the story and experience we are creating. Not every submitted file will appear, and we will never simply place an entire folder onto the website without thoughtful consideration.

That is completely okay. Identify the memories that must appear and share whatever context you can. We will guide the organization and curation from there.
No. Up to 100 photographs may be submitted for consideration, with up to 35 thoughtfully selected for the website. You may identify photographs that must be used and request replacements during the included revision.
Yes. Your family may choose public, unlisted, or a supported private access option. Private access requirements are reviewed before the project begins because hosting platforms offer different levels of protection.
Yes. Family messages and memories may be included with approval. One primary contact should gather decisions and submit the consolidated revision.
We can slow down, pause, or adjust the collection method. A written questionnaire, voice notes, or a short conversation can make the process gentler. Any schedule changes will be handled according to the project agreement.
Many Pet Story Websites can be planned across approximately 4–8 weeks after the agreement, first payment, and essential materials are received. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; content readiness, family contributions, grief, review timing, and technical needs may extend the schedule.
Yes. Stories about living pets can keep growing through Ongoing Story Care. Larger additions or structural changes receive a separate quote.
The website may be taken offline after the included service period ends, and the domain may expire if it is not renewed. Your family will still have the downloadable final archive and may arrange independent hosting or migration assistance.
Often, yes, especially when their stories are closely connected. A larger archive or several distinct life stories may require a custom scope.
Your family retains ownership of the photographs, videos, writing, and other materials it supplies, subject to any rights held by their original creators. Final website ownership and reusable Studio components are defined in the project agreement.
